Head of the Association – Hindustan Scouts and Guides:

The leadership of the Hindustan Scouts and Guides plays an important role in guiding the organisation’s vision, strengthening its activities, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people across India. The association is led by experienced professionals who bring together administrative knowledge, organisational commitment, and a strong focus on youth development.

Shri Anil Pratham, IPS (Retd.), has been appointed as the National President and National Chief Commissioner of the Hindustan Scouts and Guides. A distinguished former police officer and former Director General of Police (DGP) of Gujarat State Police, Shri Anil Pratham

brings extensive experience in leadership, public administration, discipline, and community service. His association with the movement provides strong guidance for developing programmes that encourage responsibility, confidence, teamwork, and leadership among young people.

Working alongside him is Shri Vishu Kohli, who serves as the National Chairman. As National Chairman, he contributes to the overall organisational direction and supports efforts to strengthen the association’s structure and activities. His role is important in coordinating initiatives and encouraging the growth of the Scouts and Guides movement at different levels.

The administrative responsibilities of the organisation are supported by Shri Akash Sharma, National Secretary. He plays a key role in communication, coordination, documentation, and the implementation of organisational programmes. His responsibilities help connect the association’s leadership with its various units, members, volunteers, and youth participants.

Together, the National President & National Chief Commissioner, National Chairman, and National Secretary provide a leadership framework for the Hindustan Scouts and Guides. Their collective efforts are aimed at promoting discipline, character development, community participation, leadership skills, and responsible citizenship among the younger generation.

The association continues to work toward building a stronger youth movement where young people can learn through service, teamwork, training, adventure, and practical experiences while contributing positively to society.
